I spent 5 nights in a Junior Suite. the room was spacious with a clean kitchenette, perfect for preparing light meals. Unfortunately, it lacked air conditioning during my stay, which was missed, but the price was great for all it offered. I'd definitely stay here again despite that one downside!

I experienced uncomfortable heat in the room due to the lack of air conditioning. The noise from the streets was bothersome, making it hard to keep the windows open at night. the shower's design wasn't effective, leading to water spills outside the tub.

The kitchenette included a kettle, electric stove, microwave, fridge, and kitchenware, perfect for quick meal prep. The room had enough space for a family with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a small dining table.

Air conditioning was nonexistent during my stay, which made it uncomfortable given the warm weather. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, with reports of hair on the pillow and some lingering smoke odor. The lift sometimes failed to operate, causing delays in getting to higher floors.

I nearly contemplated a good review, but honestly, the hot room even in September was unbearable, not to mention the horrible boiler over the toilet. And seriously, is it too much to ask for a decent hair dryer without showing ID? Absoluteley disappointing! Dealt with messy plumbing but no one seemed to care, I felt like an afterthought.

Location near the train station was excellent. Unfortunately, the shower curtain didn't block water properly, causing a mess.

Recommend it for families

The staff were lovely they let us check in early which was a relief after a long drive. Plus the room was much larger than expected with a good setup for our family.

during my quick stop at the teneo, i was pleasantly surprised by the spacious junior suite and the clean kitchenette. the room exceeded my expectations and allowed me to enjoy some light meals. it was also just a 5-minute walk from the train station, making my travels so much easier.

Just a reliable pick for a short break in Bordeaux with great value for money. The room was very clean, which was a nice surprise. Make sure to get a room with a good view.
